On the 18th of March 2016, in conjunction with the permanent mission of the OIC to the United Nations, President Sally Kader and the USFMEP hosted a panel to discuss the root causes of violence against women and children, and to brainstorm for ways in which violence against women could be mitigated or solved through dialogue or societal empowerment.
